Terms and conditions of service:-

1. The company provides all tourism services to its member in terms of obtaining the highest percentage of discounts according to the packages provided to the subscriber by the company, which are divided into 6 different cards (Silver – Gold – Platinum – VIP – Diamond – Business) or any other packages offered by the company in the future. Which is officially announced on the company’s website.
2. In case, if any of the provisions of this document are changed or amended, these terms or the supplementary amendments that occurred to the services provided will be disclosed to you, provided that they are added to the basic terms and conditions of the supplementary terms, and these terms specifically replace any previous agreements or arrangements made. concluded previously.
3. The contract and agreement with the company regarding any of the packages provided by it is made through the company’s application after agreeing to the company’s terms and conditions.
4. Communication between the subscriber and the company in terms of requests for new services and offers, confirmation of reservations and dates for trips, prices, etc., takes place through the company’s email (info@altayarvip.com) and the subscriber’s email that he notes in his personal data when subscribing – and any communication other than that is not permitted. It is absolutely valid and does not oblige the company to do anything.
5. The company is not bound at all by any agreement between the subscriber and the company except through emails, and any confirmation or offers made verbally through calls are useless unless they are confirmed by email.
6. If the member subscribes to any of the packages provided by the company, the company may never terminate or stop it, modify any feature of it, or prevent access to it or any part of it at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
7. The company may amend the terms related to the services from time to time, and in this case it must notify the member by email of those amendments and approve them.
8. The company collects and uses the subscriber’s personal data in connection with the services in accordance with what is stipulated in the company’s privacy policy, provided that all this data is correct and valid in accordance with what is contained in the official documents.
9. The services provided by the company constitute a technical platform that enables users of the mobile applications or tourism websites it provides.
10. AltayarVip Company grants you, provided that you comply with these terms, the right to obtain all the tourism services it provides according to the membership category.
11. The member is not entitled to do the following:
    (a) Remove any copyright, trademark or other notices ownership of any part of the Services.
    (b) Modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, circulate, publish, or otherwise exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by the Company.
    (c) Tamper with the link to the company’s website to any part of the services or prepare identical copies of it or cause the creation of any infringing thing or scripts for the purpose of getting rid of any part of the services or exploiting its data in another way or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the services or damaging any of its aspects or any of the systems related to it.
    
    
12. In order for the member to use the services provided by the company, the member must pay an amount (the amount agreed upon when providing the service from customer service) in exchange for the membership subscription to obtain these services, provided that this amount is paid once.
13. The member does not have the right to demand a refund of the amount mentioned in the previous paragraph, because this amount is in exchange for participating in the company’s membership and obtaining the services it provides, and this is agreed upon by both parties.
14. The member must register so that he can obtain the services provided by the company after paying the agreed upon amount, and the member must have full legal capacity so that the member can obtain the services.
15. Account registration requires providing certain personal information to the company (name – country – mobile number – the member’s bank account number – etc.).
16. The member must add at least one valid payment method (either a credit card or an accepted payment partner).
17. The company undertakes to maintain the security and confidentiality of the member’s personal data (name).

18. The services and all rights related to the member remain private property between him and the company or its licensors, and these conditions do not grant the member the right to any services other than the services provided to him according to his membership subscription.
19. The member agrees to comply with all applicable laws when using the services illegally, and all users are committed not to use the site in a manner that violates (the applicable laws in this regard).
20. The member acknowledges that once he subscribes to these terms, he agrees that the method of communication between him and the company is via (private e-mail, which is determined in advance), and that any method of communication contrary to this does not create any rights for the member or burden the company with any obligations.
21. The company undertakes to provide services to members after exercising due diligence to obtain the highest discount rate available at the time of executing the reservation and according to the prices and discounts it obtains – provided that the company is not responsible for any other prices announced on any website.
